If your tutee is experiencing general University-related problems with IT you can signpost them to the Student IT Help Centre. No appointment is necessary and we have a waiting area as well as laptop benches so they can still work whilst waiting for assistance. We offer assistance with a range of IT queries, such as:
Outside core University hours (8.00am - 5.15pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.00am - 4.30pm on Friday), we offer limited IT support, via our out of hours team, available from 5.00pm - 8.00am during the week and 24 hours a day during weekends and bank holidays.
