Key:

• Individual = one-to-one private discussions;

• Group = individual tutor groups. Facilitated by Personal Tutor with oversight from Senior Tutor/Course Leader;

• Thematic cluster/group = delivered in groups and can be broken down into individual sessions as necessary;

• Eportfolio = PDP tracking system. Preparation for undergraduate one-to-one meetings (setting and measuring of SMART goals and reflecting on employability skills) should be captured within a PDP tracking system. There are models of good practice across the University already used to keep track of goals and attainment. Together, with input from Personal Tutors, these are useful resources for personal statement and reference writing when students are seeking postgraduate and employment opportunities. The use of PDP tracking systems is supported by training for Personal Tutors (see section 6).
